Chas has had an understanding of the property market since he was very young. By the age of ten he had already lived in London, England and New York, and growing up in a family who moved every few years meant that he spent his childhood watching his parents buy and sell homes around the world. Fast forward and Chas is now a real estate advisor who spends his days helping people find their perfect home.
Much like his childhood exposure to the real estate industry, Chas draws expertise from his diverse professional background. As an investment banker, he developed excellent negotiation skills, strong finance acumen and an understanding of legal framework. He then went on to found a production company that gave him extensive sales and marketing knowledge, all of which he uses to help his clients make the best possible real estate decisions.
Chas calls West Vancouver home. He loves having nature at his doorstep, with endless opportunities to explore mountain trails, lakes and beaches with his two dogs, Dax and George. He also appreciates his area for its small town feel and strong sense of community, something he gives back to by sponsoring a local minor hockey team.
I work in North Vancouver, Whistler and West Vancouver. I specialize in Condos, First Time Buyers, Houses, Investors and Townhouses.
