Jason has over 15 years of experience and an extensive background in commercial real estate, with specialization in land acquisition & dispositions, land assembly, and leasing. He is actively involved in land assembly initiatives on behalf of homeowners/vendors throughout the Lower Mainland, and commercial real estate dispositions and acquisitions for renowned real estate developers working with Rennie Marketing Systems. Jason offers a high level of professional service, including asset management, sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, transaction management, deal structuring, proforma budgeting, and transition to property management. Jason focuses on delivering a refined business model for property owners' land assembly initiatives for potential redevelopment, to divest or acquire commercial real estate assets, landlords with leasing objectives, and tenants seeking expansion or relocation. While maintaining a strong data-driven approach in property analysis, Jason seeks to leverage his strong local market intelligence in identifying 'value-add' capabilities for his clients. Jason's strong knowledge of real estate investment stems from an ongoing analysis of historical sales, pre-construction data, and resale data.
Repeating a wide range of clientele, Jason has assisted landlords and multi-faceted tenants to make thorough and informed decisions with regards to commercial real estate lease transactions. Jason has represented national and international companies in their leasing mandates throughout the Lower Mainland, including schools, food & beverage franchises, non-for-profit organizations, and institutional clients across office, retail, and industrial segments. Jason continues to assist a number of franchises throughout the BC exclusively in their fulfilling their leasing objectives.
Jason has been recognized as the exclusive listing agent to the first successful strata wind-up in the City of Richmond, which resulted in approval by the Supreme Court of BC and sold for $49.8 Million in 2018. Jason's understanding of the Strata Property Act relating to strata wind-ups has resulted in further successful current and past engagements with multiple strata corporations across the Lower Mainland. Furthermore, Jason has also successfully represented multiple home owners in their land assembly initiatives throughout the Lower Mainland.
