About Me
Joanne Hoekstra began working in real estate—her second career—because she enjoyed managing her own investment and rental properties. Since starting as a rennie Advisor in 2014, she has found it rewarding to help her clients in their real estate journey. “Whether it’s securing a property in a multiple-offer scenario or negotiating the best sale price for their home,” she says, “I give 100 per cent to my clients, using both creativity and proven marketing and sales practices.” She also loves coming to rennie to snack on cranberry-chocolate-chip cookies and listen to the busy chatter of other rennie Advisors in the bullpen. Joanne, who grew up in South Delta, now lives in Tsawwassen with her family. “I love living close to the ocean,” she says, “and Boundary Bay is one of the best beaches for swimming in the Lower Mainland. This small community has every amenity we could possibly need, and we’re just a few minutes to the US Border, 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes from Vancouver.” Joanne specializes in real estate services in Vancouver and areas South of the Fraser - Ladner, Tsawwassen, White Rock, South Surrey and North Delta.
