About Me

Phil began his career as a rennie Advisor in 2010, and has consistently been recognized as a top-producing agent in qualifying for our yearly “rennie Leaders Award” on numerous occasions, in addition to being a pre-sale project Sales Manager on various new developments that included 5 years at the Olympic Village (aka. The Village on False Creek). While the Olympic Village was a highly contentious and careful public scrutiny, Phil's proud accomplishment was his and his team's sales involvement of over 500 firm sales during his tenure, including the selling out of Canada House On The Water (https://bit.ly/3HNL4Ba), the Arthur Erickson-designed signature residential building in The Village. Mr. Bob Rennie has regarded marketing and selling out The Olympic Village as one of his proudest moments during his illustrious real estate career (https://bit.ly/3jlE9po).

From 2014 through 2022, Phil also led the sales team on behalf of Grosvenor Americas form pre-sale to completion, the international renown property developer at luxury developments of Grosvenor Ambleside in West Vancouver, and The Pacific by Grosvenor in Downtown Vancouver, where Phil and his team sold and completed on 88% of building during the peak of the COVID19 pandemic, arguably one of the most challenging times in pre-sale real estate. Phil is an owner and resident at The Pacific, and undoubtedly has put his money where his mouth is as The Pacific expert.

In addition to his rennie advisor role, since 2019, Phil has also mentored and coached rennie advisors as the brokerage’s Advisor Ambassador. This included providing practical guidance to fellow rennie advisors to better their real estate skills, provide best practices, and help them succeed as licensed Realtors.

Phil’s value proposition of delivering service excellence, attention to detail and a professional experience for his clients, both Purchasers and Sellers, is very evident from a stellar career previously in the hospitality industry, in sales & marketing and operation with Fairmont Hotels & Resort, Canadian Pacific Hotels, and Westin Hotel brands. He brings a passion for quality, luxury hotels and measure of discerning service levels as well as broadening his scope of liveability having lived in cities such as San Francisco, Victoria, and Edmonton before returning to Vancouver.
